why do I get a Sever error

I'm finding and also the members that sometimes when they submit to a post they get a sever not found error I believe its a 500 error, I personally haven't seem it yet. is this something others have found?

    Here is a snap shot they do say that if they refresh the page or click it again it does take it and they error is gone

    Not sure about the first one, but the second looks like the photo upload didn't complete all the way.

    See when you upload a photo, we actually resize it into 2-3 different photos (depending on your settings). In your case, it looks like the full sized photo didn't upload properly.

    Do you remember if you turned on the full sized photos option in the admin?
